Tax advice
We keep your books, prepare your tax returns and work out your F24 payments (the Italian tax payment form) before every deadline. You know in advance how much you will pay and when.
- Who it's for
- Companies, self-employed professionals with a VAT number, sole traders. Individuals for the 730 and Redditi tax returns.
- An example
- You have just registered for VAT and you don't know if the flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario) suits you. We run the numbers on your real figures, choose the scheme and give you the year's calendar of deadlines.
Employment and payroll
We run your payroll, handle hiring and terminations, and calculate contributions and TFR (severance pay). If you have a doubt about a contract, we explain it before you decide.
- Who it's for
- Businesses and practices with employees, even just one. Families hiring a housekeeper or a carer.
- An example
- You want to hire the first person in your shop. We help you choose the contract, work out what it really costs you each month and take care of the notifications and payslips.
Tax disputes and opinions
We answer your tax questions with written opinions, review assessments and payment demands and, if needed, represent you in tax litigation.
- Who it's for
- Anyone who has received an assessment, a payment demand or a tax audit. Anyone about to make a major transaction who wants to know its tax effects first.
- An example
- You receive a notice of irregularities on your tax return from two years ago. We check whether the claim is justified and, if it isn't, we prepare the reply with the right documents.
Company advice
We help you set up your company, together with the firm's trusted notary, and then with shareholder meetings, annual accounts and changes of partners. For legal matters we work with the firm's lawyer.
- Who it's for
- People starting a business with partners, established companies, foreign businesses opening a branch in Italy.
- An example
- Three partners want to open an agency. We compare an srl (limited company) and an snc (general partnership) on tax, liability and costs, then coordinate the deed with the notary.
IMU and local taxes
We calculate IMU (local property tax) and the other municipal taxes, prepare the F24 forms for the first instalment and the balance, and check any notices from the Comune (City Council).
- Who it's for
- Owners of homes and other property, people who have inherited or let a flat, businesses that own property.
- An example
- You have inherited half a house in Rome. We calculate the tax on your share, using the municipality's rate, and hand you the forms ready to pay.
Paperwork and filings
We deal with the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency), the Camera di Commercio (Chamber of Commerce), the Comune and other offices for you, from opening a VAT number to registering contracts.
- Who it's for
- Anyone without time for queues, counters and forms. Which is almost everyone.
- An example
- You have signed the lease for your new office. We register the contract, calculate the registration tax and remind you of the renewal date every year.
Trademark protection
We check that the name or logo you want to use is available, file the registration application and, with our trusted lawyer, protect you if someone copies it.
- Who it's for
- Anyone opening a business or launching a product who wants to protect its name.
- An example
- You are about to open a restaurant and have already chosen the name. Before you print the sign and the menus, we check that nobody has registered it and file the trademark.
Statutory audit
We check independently that the financial statements truly reflect the company's position, with periodic checks during the year and a final report.
- Who it's for
- Companies required by law to appoint an auditor, and businesses that want an external check on their accounts.
- An example
- Your srl has passed the legal thresholds and must appoint an auditor. We explain what changes, accept the engagement and schedule the checks.
Expert reports
We prepare valuation reports and forensic accounting reports, sworn when the law requires it: for a contribution in kind, a change of company form or a court case.
- Who it's for
- Companies contributing assets or changing legal form, businesses and individuals involved in a dispute, lawyers looking for a party-appointed expert.
- An example
- You want to turn your sole trader business into an srl. We value the business, swear the report and deliver it to the notary for the deed.
Business valuations
We work out what your business, or a share in it, is worth, using recognised methods and a report that explains where every number comes from.
- Who it's for
- People selling or buying a business, partners joining or leaving, families preparing to hand the business on to their children.
- An example
- A partner wants to leave and asks to be paid out for their share. We calculate a reasoned value, so the negotiation starts from clear numbers, not impressions.
